Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the NICU, adhering to state statutes and hospital policies. You will assess patients, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and delegate tasks within a collaborative team.

Required are an Associate's degree or BSN, an active Illinois RN license, and current CPR certification. Night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays are offered along with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing is required.
Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois is required.
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with Illinois laws and hospital policies.
Assess patients, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and document observations.
Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
