Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU). This full-time role requires NICU/ISCU experience and offers a sign-on bonus of $25,000.

You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and supervise unlicensed personnel while adhering to best practices. Hours are 1900-0730 with weekend rotation; 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• NICU/ISCU experience is required or preferred.
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience or ISCU experience preferred.
• Current IL nursing license required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning and evaluating patient care.
• Guide and direct assigned UAPs in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Promote safety and high-quality patient experience.
