Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an RN for a Level III NICU (35 beds) with family-centered care and single-room setup. This full-time night shift is 36 hours per week, with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Requirements include an IL RN license, ADN/BSN as applicable, BLS, NRP within six months, and 1+ year NICU experience. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying NICU experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
• At least 1 year of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS through AHA.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.
