Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, is seeking a NICU RN for a Level III 35-bed unit with family-centered care. This full-time role (36 hours/week) involves night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule and occasional float to Peds/PICU/Mother Baby.

Required are an RN license in Illinois, ADN or higher (BSN within five years), 1+ year in Level III/IV NICU, BLS, and NRP within six months. A $25,000 sign-on is available for eligible experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• BSN within five years if holding an ADN.
• At least 1 year in Level III/IV NICU.
• Illinois RN licensure.
• BLS through AHA.
• NRP certification within six months.
