ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Float Pool in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will float across CVICU, NICU, and PICU, delivering high-level care and coordinating with clinicians and families.

The role requires pediatric CCU experience, active AZ RN license (or compact state), BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, with days and nights options. A 13-week contract offers competitive benefits and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatric critical care.
• Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred.
• Children's hospital experience is a plus.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced NRP certification.

Days and nights available: 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a. Shift will be determined in the interview.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool. This position will require floating between the CVICU, NICU, and PICU departments. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and families to promote patient health by delivering professional nursing care based on patient age and condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
