Job summary

Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist II to provide advanced PT services for a wide range of pediatric disabilities, including NICU patients. You will work with the Rehabilitation Program to support clinical and administrative operations and collaborate across departments.

The role requires 3+ years of pediatric PT experience and DC licensure; NICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience, including pediatric setting.
• DC licensure required or licensure in a permitted jurisdiction.
• Experience in NICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with leadership and rehab program staff to inform operations.
• Document care and ensure compliant records.
• Serve as mentor to Level I staff and students.
• Support administrative tasks and data collection for PI initiatives.
