UNC Health Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist II to join our pediatric therapy team and provide specialized physical therapy services in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at NC Children's Hospital.

Our neonatal therapy program is integrated within a multidisciplinary model of care and works collaboratively with Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Child Life, Social Work, Respiratory Therapy, Dietitians, pastoral care, palliative care,

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Five years of licensed PT experience with one year in a specialty field.
• Experience in neonatal, pediatric acute care or ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized physical therapy evaluation and intervention for infants in the NICU, using evidence-based practice and advanced clinical reasoning.
