Job summary

Intermountain Health American Fork Hospital is seeking a Part-time Patient Care Technician (CNA) for the NICU in American Fork, Utah. You will work two 12-hour shifts weekly, with a mix of days, nights, weekends and holidays, and start pay at $18.40+ based on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering basic patient care, documenting findings, and collaborating with RNs. Certification in Utah CNA and BLS are required; hospital experience preferred, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Basic computer literacy essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care such as toileting, bathing, linen changes, and hydration.
• Document patient data and changes in condition promptly.
• May perform telemetry and assist RN on unit.
• Transport medications to RN as needed on the unit.
• Collaborate with RN and team to ensure quality care.
• May assume health unit coordinator duties when needed.
• Follow plan of care and regulatory standards.
