Endeavor Health offers a NICU Nurse Transition Program at our Naperville location. The NICU is a Level III unit with 35 beds focused on family-centered care and single-room setups. This program targets experienced nurses transitioning into NICU nursing, with 16 weeks of training under a NICU preceptor and dedicated education time.

The role requires IL RN licensure, an ADN or higher, BLS, and NRPs within six months, with occasional travel to other units as needed.

Competenze

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS through AHA.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.

Mansioni

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, document observations, and delegate tasks as needed.

Formazione
