The Hospital of Central Connecticut in Hartford area is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU within the Family Birth Place. You will collaborate with neonatology, PAs, and neonatal nurses to deliver specialized care for premature and ill newborns.

Under Nursing Leadership, you will develop care plans for complex patients, applying evidence-based practices and ensuring family-centered care while advancing professional development through the Nurse Residency program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a care plan for a complex patient population.
• Utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with state nurse practice act and hospital policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality neonatal care.
