Job summary

The RN will engage in governance, monitor patients, uphold safety, document in EHR, and may float to other units; requires RN license, BLS, and BSN preferred.

Typically 1 year of nursing experience is expected, with strong clinical judgment and communication being essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• BSN preferred for higher patient-care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
