Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care in a Level III NICU. The role emphasizes nursing process, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and family-centered care in a 24/7 neonatal unit.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has completed an accredited nursing program, and BLS; NRP/ACLS or specialty certifications are preferred. Physical requirements include lifting 50 lbs and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification required.
• NRP, ACLS, or unit-specific specialty certifications are preferred or required depending on the NICU.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical movements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates care effectiveness, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.
• Supports family-centered care in a 24/7 neonatal unit with advanced therapies for infants as early as 26 weeks gestation.
• May float to other Women7s and Children units to expand clinical experience.
