Atrium Health Union - Neonatal Level III is seeking a registered nurse for our Level III NICU. The role involves 7p-7a shifts on a 3x12 schedule, caring for neonates in a fast-paced unit with 24/7 provider coverage. Candidates should have NICU experience and a strong commitment to safety and family-centered care.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in NICU, valid RN license, and BSN preferred. BLS certification is required, with opportunities for professional development and advancement

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required; licensure in state(s) where practice occurs.
• Typically requires 1 year of NICU experience.
• BSN preferred; related nursing education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care improvements.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
