Job summary

TriHealth's Good Samaritan Hospital NICU (9AB) seeks a devoted NICU RN to care for high‑acuity newborns in a 60‑bed Level III unit. You will collaborate with neonatology, respiratory therapy, lactation specialists, and the broader care team in a family‑centered environment.

New hires learn through a Competency‑Based Orientation, with eligibility to obtain BSN within 5 years. RN licensed, BLS/CPR, and NICU or related experience preferred; on‑site shift: days, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Commitment to BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Experience or interest in NICU and neonates.
• Strong foundation in nursing across developmental stages.

Responsibilities

• Assess infants and families and document per NICU and TriHealth standards.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on assessments and standards.
• Provide developmentally appropriate NICU care with family involvement.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team; participate in teaching.
