TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN is seeking a NICU Nurse to coordinate patient care for newborns and support families. You will apply nursing judgment, manage respiratory issues, prematurity, and critical conditions, and participate in teaching and patient education.

The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee, BLS, and NICU experience preferred; NRP and STABLE within specified timelines. The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in a 740+ bed

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification (Other certifications as required).
• NRP Certification within 90 days of hire.
• STABLE certification within 6 months upon hire.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• NICU experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate patient care for NICU patients.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Use nursing judgment across the scope of nursing practice.
• Demonstrate skills and procedures as part of patient care.
• Address common NICU diagnoses such as respiratory distress and prematurity.
