Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio seeks a registered nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families in the NW Childrens Neonatal Unit. The RN is accountable under the Ohio Board of Nursing and collaborates with LPNs and UAPs to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in a 24/7 unit.

The role requires current RN licensure in Ohio (or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and BSN strongly preferred. Night shift, 24 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute to quality and safety

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• BSN strongly preferred; RN with neonatal unit interest encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients and families.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy and nursing standards.
• Provide care in a 24/7 department with ongoing quality improvement.
