OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a responsible Registered Nurse for the NW Children's Neonatal Unit. You will provide direct nursing care on a night shift, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of neonatal patients, with leadership in process improvements and quality initiatives. Evening/night rotations and weekend coverage are required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RN license with Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and diagnose patient status; plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Document outcomes and adjust plans with the care team.
• Lead care coordination and participate in process improvements for quality care.
