Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a NICU RN for a Level III 35-bed unit in Naperville, IL. The role is full-time, nights from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every third weekend rotation and rotating holidays. Occasional travel to Peds/PICU, SCN, and Mother Baby may be required.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, IL RN license, BLS, and NRP within six months. A sign-on bonus of $25,000 is offered for eligible candidates with 18+ months of NICU experience.

- If ADN is highest degree, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
