Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role features shifting hours, weekend rotation, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality patient care in a Magnet-designated system.

The ideal candidate holds an NLN-accredited nursing degree, active IL licensure, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience; BSN preferred. Join a patient-centered team with pathways for growth.

Qualifications

NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider (AHA) required.
Current IL Nursing Licensure required.
1 year acute care nursing or 1 year ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
