Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to lead shift operations within a high-acuity clinical setting. You will guide patient care assignments, uphold quality outcomes, and promote a positive patient experience.

You will collaborate with Nursing Operations leadership to ensure staffing, safety, and regulatory readiness while supporting staff development and retention. BSN preferred; Florida RN license required; BLS and additional certifications may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse; acute care setting preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in area of expertise; preferred.
• May require ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC depending on assigned patient population.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient flow.
• Coordinate staffing for oncoming and off-going shifts based on patient acuity and team skills.
• Support frontline team members and providers with leadership presence and guidance.
• Lead safety huddles and promote problem-solving and change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, policies, and standards of practice.
• Interact with patients and families to enhance experience and address concerns.
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with supervisors and discharge planners to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and appropriate allocation of staff and resources.
