Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to lead shift operations, guide the nursing team, and ensure high-quality patient care and experience.

The CANM collaborates with Nursing Operations leadership to manage patient flow, staffing, and throughput, while maintaining regulatory readiness and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse; acute care setting preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida or via Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in area of expertise preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care, customer experience, and patient flow.
• Coordinate patient care with Nursing Operations Managers and ANOM.
• Manage staffing assignments based on patient acuity and team member skills.
• Monitor patient status and manage communication with care teams and families.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies.

Registered Nurse licensure in Florida

BLS Certification

Nursing leadership experience

Educación

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
