Qualifications

• KS RN license (KSBN) required or multi-state license allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations including scheduling and daily assignments.
• Coordinate interprofessional team communication and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback and coaching.
