Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor for the Emergency Department. The role focuses on directing daily shift operations, mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of safety and teamwork in a fast-paced ED.

Requirements include an active RN license (KSBN or multi-state accepted), 2 years of acute care experience with preferred supervisory exposure, and BSN preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong emphasis on throughput, capacity, and interprofessional

Qualifications

• Active RN license (KSBN or multi-state) accepted.
• 2 years acute care experience; supervisor preferred.
• BSN preferred as education.
• Strong communication and safety awareness required.
