UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Charge RN for the NICU, night shift, onsite only. You will oversee patient care in the NICU, use nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, NRP, BLS, and at least one year of NICU experience. Expect a strong focus on safety, education, and precepting new staff while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming Charge RN.
• State licensure as an RN.
• NRP certification is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope patient care using the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outcomes.
• Precept and coach staff and new hires as needed.
• Support safety and quality at the point of care.
