Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Manager, Neonatal Advanced Practice (APP) to provide systemwide leadership across the department and partner sites, ensuring policy alignment and high-quality neonatal care.

The role directs APP Leads, advances quality initiatives, and strengthens cross-site coordination, with responsibilities spanning staffing, development, and regulatory compliance. Colorado-based, with relocation incentives for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in NN or NP program required.
• Leadership experience in supervision and clinical projects.
• Three years of APP clinical experience; 1 year in Level II NICU preferred.
• Certifications: BLS/CPR, NRP; PALS if CHCO facility.
• Licenses: RN, APRN with prescriptive authority or PA with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide systemwide operational leadership for policies, procedures, and clinical standards across sites.
• Oversee Neonatal APP Leads and teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Drive measurable clinical/quality outcomes using data and evidence-based practices.
• Advance organizational initiatives and align with systemwide goals and priorities.
• Optimize staffing and resources to ensure cost-effective, sustainable operations.
