Children’s Colorado seeks a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Lead to supervise and optimize a defined group of APPs at the Level II NICU. You will lead front-line clinical practice, staffing, and daily operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while collaborating with physicians and leadership.

The role advances policy standardization, onboarding, coaching, and performance development across sites, with a .9 FTE workload and eligibility for benefits.

Qualificações

• Two years in neonatal APP role.
• Master of Science in Nursing with a Neonatal NP focus may be accepted in lieu of a BSN.
• Colorado or multistate RN license required.
• APRN or PA license with prescriptive authority.
• NRP and BLS/CPR certifications.
• Board certification as an NNP or PA.

Responsabilidades

• Leads team members in providing direct patient care with expert clinical knowledge.
• R rounds with patients, families, and team to promote high-quality care.
• Oversees schedules and workflows, assigns team members to patients.
• Ensures staffing resources are allocated appropriately.
• Resolves day-to-day operational and patient/family issues.
• Collaborates with site management to analyze data and KPIs.
• Onboards, trains, and mentors staff on clinical practice improvements.
• Supports clinical outcomes and professional development standards.
• Works with leadership to align initiatives and drive accountability.
• Oversees performance management and development decisions.
• Keeps policies and procedures compliant across sites.
