Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets).
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with goals.
• Posting and reviewing attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost candidate interest and reviewing applications on all platforms.
• Using online platforms, social media, and networking to identify candidates with specific skills and qualifications.
• Implementing traditional and targeted candidate attraction strategies to grow talent communities for current and future needs.
• Engaging with potential candidates through outreach and events to generate interest in opportunities.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability for planning.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights with hiring teams and advising on sourcing strategies.
• Promoting the employer brand to attract candidates and highlighting growth opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records using ATS and other tools.
• Staying updated with sourcing tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion in sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying areas for process improvement in talent sourcing.
• Continuous learning about industry trends and technologies.
• Maintaining focus on achieving sourcing targets.
