Qualifications

• 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance.
• Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market.
• Strong record of new business growth and client retention.
• Wants to build and lead a practice within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospects, provide insurance solutions, and support clients.
• Create and maintain prospect lists through warm and cold calls.
• Identify clients’ insurance needs and potential premium savings.
• Obtain accurate information for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy in communications with clients and colleagues.
• Work within a team to provide ongoing client support after sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
