• Established reputation in a niche market or demonstrated ability to develop one.
• Strong record of new business growth and client retention.
• Desire to build and lead a practice within a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Generate prospects and provide insurance solutions.
• Create and maintain prospect lists through warm and cold calling.
• Identify client needs, coverage gaps, and potential premium savings.
• Obtain accurate information for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy in client interactions across teams.
• Collaborate within a team to provide ongoing support after the sales cycle.
