Sovereign Insurance Group seeks a high-level producer with a proven track record in new business and established niche expertise. You will build upon your reputation, deepen your specialty, and grow within a firm that values long-term contributions.

Producers with authority in houses of worship, private/charter schools, nonprofits, real estate, or other niches are encouraged to apply. Earn uncapped commissions with a flexible structure, and a competitive starting salary, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance.
• Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospects, provide insurance solutions, and support the client.
• Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling.
• Identify clients’ insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.
• Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.
• Work within a team structure to provide continued client support after sales cycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
