LA PERLA BEAUTY is seeking a Part-time / Freelance Fragrance Sales Specialist to support customers and represent the brand's values. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience in niche fragrances and luxury brands.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and collaborating withAccount Executives and Education & Training Managers to grow brand presence. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with niche fragrances (preferably) or luxury/prestige fragrance brands.
• Strong clienteling skill set.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
• Proven sales records and building the brands.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize own business and be self-motivated; increase productivity through selling techniques and client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to drive sales goals and support training.
• Contribute to store sales and provide remarkable service while supporting management and representing the brand.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and brand qualitative standards.
