Our client, a leading lending platform, is hiring a NICE SmartReach/LiveVox Platform Engineer in Baltimore, MD!

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays! (high chance of extension or conversion)*

In this role, you will configure, manage, and troubleshoot NICE SmartReach / LiveVox outbound campaigns while supporting dialing strategies, campaign workflows, and platform operations. You will also partner with business and technical teams to resolve production issues, optimize campaign performance, and support integrations and ongoing platform improvements.
