Miratech is seeking a highly skilled CXone/telephony integration expert to support a large-scale healthcare CX transformation. You will design call flows, integrate backend systems via APIs, and optimize NICE routing across omnichannel platforms.

In addition to strong technical leadership, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with global teams on secure, scalable cloud-based solutions. Remote-friendly, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Nice InContact CXone and Studio scripting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and virtualized systems.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build call flow designs and integrate backend systems using APIs.
• Manage NICE BU and provide routing design for contact center technology.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end applications and coordinate issue resolution with multiple tech teams.
