Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE / NVQ 2 standard of education or equivalent.
• ECDL

• Previous administration and clerical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain an efficient appointments service to patients attending all DSC clinics.
• Deals with all telephone enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Reception duties for patients and visitors; assist clinical staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in Administration and Reception areas.
