Nuffield Health is seeking a Receptionist for Wessex Hospital on a bank, part-time basis. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, greeting patients, directing them to waiting areas, answering enquiries and handling bookings with empathy and clear communication.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT and keyboard skills, experience in healthcare administration or reception, and the ability to explain information in a calm and helpful way.

• Experience in healthcare administration or on reception preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Answer phone calls, handle enquiries and book appointments.
• Provide a warm, empathetic welcome and clear guidance to patients.
• Maintain smooth operation of the reception area in collaboration with colleagues.
• Prepare and manage clinical paperwork and related documents as required.
• Support the department to run efficiently and professionally.
