Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital is recruiting a confident Patient Services Administrator (Bank) to support reception, booking and patient records in a busy hospital environment.

You will handle enquiries from patients and staff, greet patients at appointments, maintain accurate records, and use IT systems to log information. Previous healthcare admin experience is an advantage; part-time hours and a friendly team offer a great place to develop in the UK's largest healthcare charity.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle enquiries from patients and staff with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for appointments and direct to the correct area.
• Handle enquiries from patients, consultants, GPs and secretaries.
• Arrange outpatient appointments and log patient information accurately in systems.
• Answer phones, manage post and general admin duties.
• Maintain databases and support clinic sessions as requested.
