Job summary

Heidi Evidence is a clinical decision-support platform expanding its partnerships and AI-enabled outreach across NHS organisations. You will own the machinery behind partnerships, supervising info-gathering, documents, deadlines and agent workflows at scale, with human review where needed.

You’ll work alongside the founder across partnerships, evidence and strategic projects, building trust and delivering measurable outcomes in health tech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical or partnership work.
• Experience shipping software-enabled workflows or automations.
• Comfort working across multiple open threads and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run information-gathering, outreach and partnership programs across NHS organisations end to end.
• Build tracking systems for contacts, documents, deadlines and responses.
• Set up AI-agent workflows and keep them running in production.
• Audit outputs, identify failure modes and enforce human review when needed.
• Write to NHS teams, publishers, societies and universities in a trusted register.
• Map the clinical knowledge landscape and identify key conversations.
• Prepare founder-level partnership meetings and close actions.
• Surface risks and decisions early with concise updates.
