Heidi is seeking an Applied AI Specialist to help healthcare practices turn AI adoption into measurable clinical and operational value. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building trusted relationships with executives, clinicians, and operational leaders.

You’ll own the customer relationship through renewal, translate customer needs into successful implementations with Clinical Engineers, and drive adoption, expansion, and renewals while prioritizing high-impact

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as management consulting, sales, or account management.
• Experience independently managing customer relationships or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business value and connect product capabilities to priorities.

Responsibilities
