Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in project or program management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD clearance and travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program activities from startup to completion to ensure sales, profit, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers to meet goals.
• Devise new programs that support organizational objectives.
• Develop budgets and plans, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Evaluate program performance and progress.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss status and goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.
