Job summary

Olin is seeking a Project Manager – NGSW Equipping to lead complex programs from planning through completion at Independence, MO. The role requires defining objectives, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring requirements and quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle.

We require a Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical/business and 5+ years of relevant experience; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business fields.
5+ years of relevant project management experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with DoD customers and defense programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, deliverables, cost proposals and timelines.
Forecast costs and schedules for proposals and forecasts.
Allocate resources and manage budgets to keep projects within constraints.
Serve as main liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
