You will perform library preparation, target enrichment, sequencing workflows, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support to deliver high-quality data.

The role requires hands-on molecular biology techniques including PCR/qPCR, DNA quantification, and library preparation, with strong attention to detail and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PCR, DNA quantification and library prep.
• Experience in a lab setting with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute NGS library preparation, target enrichment, and sequencing workflows per protocols.
• Process samples for NGS analysis meeting production schedules and timelines.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including liquid handling robots and sequencers.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues to ensure workflow continuity.
• Record batch data and deviations with accurate documentation.
