Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Detail oriented with strong documentation habits.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word and basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high quality oligo-containing products in a high-throughput MFG lab per SOPs.
• Operate robotic and traditional lab equipment (bioanalyzers, centrifuges, sealers, thermocyclers, spectrometers, HPLCs, NGS equipment).
• Perform PCR, DNA quantitation and purification as part of daily workflows.
• Maintain thorough batch records and documentation in databases or records.
• Update and write work instructions and documentation as needed.
• Work independently while following safety and ISO/LEAN manufacturing practices.
