Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Texas City, TX, is seeking a Shift Operations Leader to manage NGL fractionation plant activities. You will supervise console and outside operators, ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance, and coordinate with maintenance and turnaround teams.

You will drive production plans, monitor metrics, and implement procedures to meet safety and regulatory requirements while developing operator capability for sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior plant operations and/or fractionation experience preferred.
• Prior consol-based control system experience preferred.
• Prior experience with centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps, fired heaters, and distillation columns preferred.
