Job summary

Targa Resources in Houston, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support BAV operations and data integrity within the NGL trading and logistics team. You will update daily volumes, reconcile records, and liaison with Volume Control Analysts to resolve discrepancies.

This role requires strong MS Office skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You’ll collaborate with schedulers, manage Frac Cust distribution, and maintain RightAngle order sets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (except industry experience).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and ability to interface with multiple teams, personnel, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office apps.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Update BAVs daily using Nominations Sheet.
  • Liaise with Volume Control Analysts regarding changes or discrepancies on BAVs.
  • Update internal documents with Actual volumes and identify potential changes.
  • Assist schedulers with routine tasks.
  • Manage Frac Cust population and distribution within Targa organization.
  • Update and distribute composition changes weekly.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies within internal documents.
  • RightAngle order set-up and maintenance.
  • Daily reconciliation of movements and trader’s position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with an exception for industry experience
  • Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team with minimum supervision
  • Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of NGL experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines
