Job summary

Taleo seeks a NFRs/CAPs Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s remediation and closure efforts. The role focuses on leading remediation of auditor findings, developing corrective actions, and coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure audits pass validation.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years in CAPs/NFRs/audit remediation, and an active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one. Onsite location in Washington, DC, with responsibilities across reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience with CAPs/NFRs/Audit Remediation.
• Experience with Defense Financial systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to remediate, downgrade, and close auditor-issued NFRs and CAPs.
• Develop and implement NFR remediation strategies and guidance.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and audit teams on CAPs/SCAPs.
• Review remediation evidence for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Track and report status of remediation activities and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide advisory support for audit readiness and compliance.
• Maintain documentation supporting action closure and validation.
