TLA is seeking a Finance Administrator- Senior to support financial operations for the Intelligence Community. This on-site role in the Northern Virginia area handles financial tracking, reporting, documentation, and administrative support for mission-critical programs, requiring meticulous attention to detail and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or closely related field.
• Total of 6 years experience with financial records processing and management.
• Active government clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance on procedures, policy interpretation, and priorities.
• Perform full range of financial activities and analysis to support management and customers.
• Prepare accounting for debt collection, vendor payments, budgeting and finance operations.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, sponsor financial systems, and statements.
• Review and process corrective vouchers on General Ledger accounts.
• Assist in establishing commitments and obligations and revalidate them.
• Provide financial guidance to managers and junior analysts on complex matters.
• Create ad hoc system reports and conduct functional testing of business systems.
