S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Protection Inspector. The primary function is to perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems, with travel to customer sites.

You will ensure compliance with NFPA guidelines while supporting inspections growth and service profitability. Required: NICET LV 1 (ITWBS) or higher, 3+ years of sprinkler inspection experience, backflow license, NFPA 25/72 knowledge, high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic mechanical

Qualifications

• NICET LV 1 (ITWBS) required; Level II is a plus.
• Backflow license and sprinkler inspection experience preferred; min 3 years.
• NFPA 25 inspections on wet, dry, deluge, pre-action, and fire pumps.
• NFPA 25 inspections on standpipe systems and fire hydrants.
• NFPA 72 inspections on fire alarm systems; knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational/industry schooling a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain NICET certifications.
• Basic mechanical skills; able to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.

Responsabilités

• Perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems.
• Inspect from man lifts at elevations of 30 to 40 feet when needed.
• Perform annual inspections on domestic and fire back flows.
• Monitor progress and completeness of assigned tasks; report timely.
• Self-schedule daily inspections and complete inspection reports.
