Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Protection Inspector to perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems.

This role involves travel to customer sites and working in a fast-paced environment to support customer development and compliance with NFPA guidelines. Essential duties include troubleshooting, inspecting at heights, submitting timely reports, and self-scheduling inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or industry trade school is a plus.
• NICET Level II certification in water-based or fire alarm systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of NFPA-based inspections and components of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA-based inspections on water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Inspect from man lifts at elevations as needed and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor progress, complete and submit inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Self-schedule daily inspections and coordinate with service managers.
