Job summary

Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for New Jersey/NJ Newark to educate HCPs on NF1 PN and Rare Disease products, while driving sales within hospital networks. You will build relationships with regional centers of excellence and leadership teams to align clinical and commercial goals.

The role requires hospital-side selling, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with MSLs, FRMs, and Market Access. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience calling on institutions.
• At least 2 years in oncology or rare disease sales with track record of results.
• Strong institutional navigation and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on disease state and rare disease product information to HCPs in hospitals and centers of excellence.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives while developing account-specific plans.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and hospital systems.
• Present clinical sales materials and coordinate with MSLs and other partners.
