LifeBridge Christian Church is seeking a PreTeen and Middle School Pastor to lead thriving environments for 4th–8th graders, inviting friends and growing in Jesus. You will shepherd volunteers, equip parents, and partner with families to advance NextGen ministry in Longmont.

This role emphasizes relational leadership, clear vision, and joyful collaboration with a faith-centered team to mentor preteens and students toward spiritual growth.

• Passion for serving preteens, middle school students, and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 4th/5th grade ministry (Sun) and middle school ministry (Wed) to align with NextGen vision.
• Design engaging large group and small group experiences that connect students with Jesus.
• Recruit, equip, and empower serve teams and adult volunteers to strengthen ministry impact.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and leaders to ensure joyful, faith-filled programming.
